Team games
Shared tasks around the room, built so people have to work together.
Give your team a Christmas party they'll genuinely enjoy — games, challenges, friendly competition, and plenty of reasons to get involved.
People loosen up, come out of their shell, and connect past the usual work dynamic.
The usual night
People arrive.
Grab a drink.
Find the colleagues they already know.
Spend most of the night with them.
There's nothing wrong with that.
A good Christmas party gives people something fun to throw themselves into. Games, challenges, a little competition, a little chaos.
That's when people loosen up, and you see a different side of the team.
Then we step back and let the party take over.
How the night works

People arrive, grab a drink and settle in.
Our hosts welcome everyone, get the room comfortable and introduce what's coming.

We divide the room into teams.
Then everyone takes on a series of games and challenges around the venue. Teamwork. Creativity. Competition. And probably a little chaos.

The scores come in. The winners are announced. Someone earns the bragging rights.
Optional prizes can also be included.

Drinks. Music. Conversations. Dancing.
The games are there to launch the night, not to take it over.

Make it yours
The room doesn't have to be split at random.
Tell us how you want people grouped, and we'll build the teams around it.
We deliberately create teams using people from different departments. Marketing meets Finance. Operations meets Sales. People get outside their usual work circle.
Or do the opposite. Sales vs Marketing. Finance vs Operations. Let existing departments compete against each other for the night.
Use the teams to naturally introduce newer employees to people beyond their immediate department.
Different locations become different teams.
Give us the guest list and let Balancers handle it.
You tell us how you want the room structured. We'll design the teams around it.
On the night
Nobody needs to be athletic, extroverted or particularly good at anything.
The point is giving people something fun to throw themselves into together.
Someone quiet at work might turn competitive. Someone you've barely spoken to might end up carrying the team.

UNO and other easy table games. Jump in, have a laugh, move on.
A familiar game, used as a reason for people to gather and compete.
Light physical games anyone can join. Nothing athletic required.
The exact challenge mix can be adapted around the company, group size and venue.
Central London
We already host nights across Central London, and we can help you find the right room for the party.
We can bring the Balancers experience to your own venue too.
Optional add-on
The party doesn't have to.
For companies that want to keep the night going, we can also help organise the after party.
We run the experience. Crown the winners. Then take the party into the night.
Why Balancers
Every week, Balancers runs social nights across London built around games, challenges and doing something together.
Give people something fun to throw themselves into, and they get involved much more naturally.
For a corporate Christmas party, we bring that same night to your team.
Not forced networking.
Not awkward team building.
A genuinely good night that happens to bring people closer together.
Next step
Tell us a little about the night and we'll come back to plan it with you.
