Most people arrive solo. The evening is designed to make it easy to meet people naturally.

Find your team

You'll get a simple card that helps you find your teammates and start conversations without the awkward cold open.

Team challenges first

Silly team games and a live scoreboard help warm up the room before the salsa begins.

Beginner-friendly salsa lesson

Rueda Libre will lead a fun Salsa Cubana session. No experience or partner needed.

Social dancing & mingling

After the lesson, the night opens into relaxed social dancing, music, drinks, and conversation.

In partnership with Rueda Libre, we'll start the evening with our usual Balancers team challenges before bringing everyone together for a beginner-friendly Salsa Cubana lesson and social dancing.

No dance experience needed. Just come ready to meet people, laugh, try something new, and enjoy a different kind of Saturday social.

Your Saturday, step by step

  1. 7:30 PM – Find Your Team

    As soon as the event begins, you'll receive a card with simple instructions to help you find your teammates among the other attendees.

    It's a fun and easy way to start conversations with people in the room.

  2. 8:15 PM – Team Challenges Begin

    Once teams are formed, the challenges start.

    Winning challenges earns points for your team on the live scoreboard.

    No skills needed. Just jump in, have a laugh, and work together.

    Winning team gets free shots.

  3. 9:15 PM – Salsa Lesson

    Once the challenges wrap up, we'll come together for a fun beginner-friendly Salsa Cubana session led by Rueda Libre.

    Whether you've never danced before or already know a few moves, this is simply another fun way to meet people, laugh together, and step outside your comfort zone.

  4. 10:00 PM – Social Dancing & Mingling

    The lesson is over, but the social continues.

    Keep chatting, dancing, and meeting new people as the night flows naturally with Salsa Cubana music and a relaxed social atmosphere.

    Please note: entry is not guaranteed after 10:00 PM.

  5. 11:30 PM – After Party

    For those who want to keep the night going, we'll head to a nearby venue for the after party.

    Please bring ID if you plan to join the after party.
