Connection only works when it’s mutual.
Always be mindful of personal space, tone, and intent.
No means no — and silence doesn’t mean yes.
Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespect has no place at Balancer.

Balancer isn’t about picking up or showing off — it’s about showing up.
Come to connect, to play, to laugh, to share a moment.

Our hosts are always around to help, but the vibe starts with everyone in the room.
We rise by lifting others.

You can speak to any host during the event or message us privately through the app.

Every message is treated confidentially and with care.

🔞 Respect the Space

Our venues are shared environments, treat them like your own home.
Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour can lead to removal or suspension from future events.

🔐 Privacy & Photos

We love capturing memories — but only with consent.
Respect people’s choice not to be photographed.
Official photos taken by our team may appear on our app or socials; if you’d like one removed, just ask.

🧩 Accessibility

Everyone should feel welcome and comfortable.
If you have accessibility needs or anything that would make your experience better, let us know at [email protected]  before the event — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
